Structural Engineer

Designing and planning project details – and on-site where you’ll provide technical advice to To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience using Manual Design tools, Prokon, Masterseries and advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.

Responsibilities
  • Design structures, such as buildings or bridges
  • Create structural models by using computer-aided design software
  • Follow construction safety guidelines
  • Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications
  • Monitor on-site construction processes and supervise site work

Marketing Interns

Responsibilities
  • Represent the company at the designated sites
  • Source New business for the company
  • Sale and rent properties the company property listings.
  • look for construction tenders and projects
  • Market the site property to potential target clients
  • Disseminating information regarding availability and status of property.
  • Handle client’s inquiries promptly
  • Market the company products to potential clients
  • Carry out sales, sourcing and rental activities.
  • Disseminate information regarding status of property sourced.
  • Meet various landlord’s/property owners, government agencies and land owners on behalf of the company in order to obtain their property for development, joint ventures, management and sale by the company.
  • Alert management on improvements required on all vacant units sourced
  • Prepare marketing presentations for pitching purposes.
  • Proper filing of all documents regarding property
  • Communicate any changes regarding the property to the Marketing Manager and all the concerned parties.
  • Push for sales/letting of property within the company portfolio
  • Assist the credit controller to collect commissions due to the company from landlords under your portfolio
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by Management Requirements
  • Minimum Qualification

  • Diploma in Marketing, Real estate or related field from a recognized university or college
  • Must have a passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Previous marketing experience will be an added advantage
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in English and Kiswahili.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Experience in engaging with corporate clients is an added advantage

Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities
  • Preparing tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities and other documents
  • Undertaking costs analysis for project work and providing advice and forecasts costs;
  • Assisting in establishing clients’ requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;
  • Preparation of consultancy proposals, work plans and method statements Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders;
  • Providing advice on contractual arrangements and claims; Preparation of valuations, financial appraisals, final accounts Maintaining awareness of the different
  • Minimum Qualification

  • University degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience in a busy Quantity Surveying firm is added advantage
  • Possess business etiquette with a strong work ethic, high level of honesty/integrity, results oriented, ability to deliver under pressure
  • A thorough technical understanding of building construction methods
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and have an appreciation of construction processes
  • Keen eye for detail and demonstrable follow up skills
  • Demonstrable ability to work within set & strict deadlines
